THE TRANS MEDIA FASHION SHOW
Friday, October 2nd, 2026 | 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
An evening centered on inclusivity, identity, and self-expression through fashion. The Trans Media Fashion Show highlights transgender and non-binary models alongside designers and organizations whose work reflects authenticity, advocacy, and community-driven storytelling, increasing visibility and representation within Chicago’s fashion industry.
The evening begins with doors opening at 6:00 PM, followed by a cocktail reception, red carpet and media interviews, a performance by Luna Eclipse, and featured runway presentations beginning at 7:00 PM.
Hosted by: Haley from 3rd Period
Bringing bold style, personality, and creative energy to the stage, Haley from 3rd Period will serve as the host of the Trans Media Fashion Show while also presenting as one of the evening’s featured designers. A Chicago-based designer, creative artist & drag performer known for expressive fashion and a distinctive point of view.

October 2026’s Trans Media Fashion Show is presented to benefit Broadway Youth Center, in partnership with the Vernita Gray Council, a philanthropy group of Howard Brown Health supporting initiatives focused on healthcare access, equity, and community-based services for LGBTQ+ individuals.

THE COLLECTIVE RUNWAY SHOW
Saturday, October 3rd, 2026 | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
The Collective Runway Show features a range of designer brands across multiple categories, highlighting the diversity and structure of Chicago’s fashion industry. The show brings together local talent in a unified runway presentation while creating opportunities for designers launching, rebranding, and expanding their collections.
The Collective Runway Show supports FashionBar’s continued mission to strengthen Chicago’s position within the broader North American fashion market, connecting the city’s creative community with fashion hubs including Los Angeles and New York City.
Benefiting the Mary E. Smith Foundation, supporting brain tumor research, early detection, education, prevention, and community wellness initiatives for affected individuals and families.
The evening begins with doors opening at 5:00 PM, followed by a cocktail reception, red carpet and media interviews, a live performance, and featured designer runway presentations beginning at 6:20 PM.
